Wysse Einsiedler Cheese

Our Wysse Einsiedler is a soft, white, mould cheese made from Einsiedeln mountain milk. Due to the distinct flavour of our mountain milk and our meticulous production process, the Wysse Einsiedler has a mild taste and creamy texture and is loved by the young and old. Best enjoyed as a breakfast or aperitif cheese, the Wysse Einsiedler can also be baked and eaten warm.
