Hurray for melted cheese! Sharing a raclette is a great way to spend a night with family and friends, especially if you’re enjoying an Einsiedeln Raclette. Made using hay milk from local alpine cows, in addition to the original, we also produce various flavoured versions of the cheese, including black pepper, herbed and smoked.
