A Journey Through Time: Cheesemaking Then and Now

  • Let us take you on a tour through time, as we show you how today’s cheese production processes compare to those of yesteryear. You‘ll make your own Bergmutschli cheese, according to the traditional methods of our forefathers before taking an informative tour though the modern Milchmanufaktur plant. In groups of up to 20, we will show you which processes have changed and which remain the same.
    Your Bergmutschli cheese will need to mature for around a month but we’ll look after it for you before sending it on for you to enjoy.
